LOL excuse my shorts. I LOVE this top! I’ve been looking for a frilly, girly top and have tried so many but all of them so far have looked kind of ridiculous on me. But this is perfect. The shoulders aren’t too puffed AND there’s a tie at the waist that u can tighten. And the sleeves are a little longer than normal shirt sleeved blouses are which is nice.
