This is a very very heavy material. I can imagine this being very warm in the summer but winter with a long sleeved shirt or layering underneath would be perfect. This particular brand (DAZY) runs smaller and it is stated as such in the description so I did go up in size. It was a good decision. The dress looks just like the pictures.
