Good. It fits well but I would have preferred to size 1 up for more comfort. I was undecided and went with the smaller size which still fits, but more exactly. It's the shoulders for me but it could be the chest for those with bigger chests. I would say you can size up. Neck hole was small but once worn, it wasn't irritating. Not too hot either.
