CHEESECAKE BROWNIES

Ingredients:
Brownie batter:
300g dark chocolate (I used sweetened, but you can also use semi-sweet)
1 stick (113g or half cup) butter, unsalted
4 medium eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 tsp salt
Cheesecake batter: (you can double this cheesecake recipe for a thicker cheesecake layer)
250g cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp all purpose flour
-Reserve a few tablespoons of each mixture, combine together to use for the details on top
-Bake in a 9x9 square pan at 170°C for 35-40 mins. Cool completely and chill for an hour before serving for a rich and fudgy texture
