It does NOT come with a belt as the picture shows. But it looks fine without a belt too. However, I will style it with a belt, long black boots and stockings underneath. The material is perfect for both Autumn 🍂 and winter ❄️ The black material is slightly shiny and the white is a comfy thick double lined knitted material.
