I should’ve sized up because my arms are chubby 😂… I’ll get used to the elastic arm cuffs the more I wear it but other than that it fits me perfectly. It’s lined so it’s not see through at all. It’s definitely ruched, my photos don’t do it justice it’s seriously pretty in person. My size info is correct.
