My hip is actually 104cm. Way bigger than the L size waist measurement. But I took a risk and see if I could fit. Seems OK because the shorts are very stretchable albeit with some stretch lines visible. But I move it that it is high waisted with short in-seam. Not returning though my waist feels a bit tight.
