I would definitely recommend sizing up. I bought a size S previously and the shoulders were too tight and pulling down my neck. Size M fits great on me. Love the sleeves and the tiered skirt. A bit heavy tho

2nd purchase, bought size S a bit to short for my liking..
decided to reorder size bigger which is M hoping little bit longer but unfortunately no,still same length
