good quality and is DOUBLE LINED and material is decently heavy not those flimsy skirts. it's v flowy too u like that. however there is a weird line below the waist so gotta iron it and the length is longer than I would have liked but otherwise super satisfied. my refs are accurate, do like if this helped :)
