The compression is very light. I bought a size S according to the measurement table, but maybe I should’ve bought a size smaller. The fabric is comfortable and soft and it has support on the inside so it doesn’t run down! It’s veeery high waisted. As you can see in the pictures it doesn’t hold my belly.
