Love this pants The waist is stretchable, has 2 pockets, breathable, and baggy! For size reference, i wear it HIGH waisted. my waist is 31 inches(78.74 cm) and my height is 5’1” (154 cm). i usually wear M or L for my bottoms but this time i got XL. so if you want it baggy with 31 inches waist, get XL.
