The yellow color transferred onto the tag, so the tag turned yellow hahaha. 
I already knew the waist would be loose based on the measurements before ordering, but I’m okay with it since I can get the waist altered. The other measurements fit me perfectly (I usually wear heels that are 7–10 cm high)
