This top is cute. It's kinda shorter than I expected but that's okay. U could tie it or u could hide the ropes. It would be cute both ways. Sleeves r something new for me but I don't regret it. I don't think it would be one size fits all since it fit me perfectly so anyone bigger than me or smaller wouldn't have it fit gd on them. Mesurments r true btw
