I loved loved loved the way this skirt looked which was why I was heart broken when I could barely get it to pull up pads my knees!!! The waist is made super tiny. I normally wear a 2x and ordered up but I ended up giving it to my daughter who wears a medium and it fit her perfectly!! So yes when I say size up I’m talking about 5 sizes!!!! But it is a very nice skirt.
