Very disappointed with my experience. The sizing runs extremely small and does not match the size chart at all. I ordered my usual size and could barely fit into the items. To make matters worse, the items were marked as not eligible for return, which was never made clear before purchasing. On top of that, it is almost impossible to contact or speak to a live agent because everything is handled through AI or automated responses. Customers deserve better support and clearer return policies. I feel like I wasted my money and will definitely think twice before ordering again.
