Read the reviews and bought a medium for the flow . alot of people said the fabric makes a noise and yes it does but I LOVE this fabric as it's so beautiful to the touch and looks beautiful too. this fabric will last long and is so well made . It has adjustable straps so you can make it shorter. I will order every color for sure . Love the style , you can wear it with a bow or tuck them inside and can't been seen .
