I  went down one size to a small and fit is fine.  Medium, my usual, would have probably worked too, just didn't want to take a chance the neckline was too big in the medium. Then after couple washes it gets droopy. Pretty, colorful and I think all cotton.

Second one I bought.  These are So soft, light weight and just comfortable.  I love them and so cute!
