it’s cute and warm for -4 with fleece long sleeve under. I actually bought the Medium first and it’s a good body fit but the sleeves were way too long so I sized down too small. The belt sits higher from my waist and when you put your arms up , everything moves up so i have to pull it down. I’m 5’2, 117lbs 34-28-39
