Love the skirt, the top looks a bit off tho

I am 5'1 132lbs, 34C waist 30, ordered size L.  I sized up and the fit is a bit off.  The skirt fits a little loose but the top does not sit correctly,.sleeves too tight and chest part feels off.  I hate the outline of the boob part.
